  1. Life BootCamp Course
    In life we all have something we are looking to overcome, sometimes these things can seem to much to tackle or get the better of us. We believe our way of helping people looks into 5 elements of health and wellbeing. Life Coaching, Body Coaching, Self Defence, Meditation coaching and basic Nutrition. Using our method over a period of 7 weeks, we believe helps you create and sustain a change to your life leading to results you ultimately deserve.
  2. One 2 One Training
    Trying to find the right personal trainer for you can be a tricky decision, however we provide 3 highly experienced trainers with 45 years worth of experience between us. We will provide first class, professional 1-2-1 training. Our philosophy is to listen to our clients need, motivate by setting goals, provide fitness assessments, monitor each clients fitness journey and by working together we will get results.
  3. Nutrition Programme
    Within your 1-2-1 journey a big part is your dietary habits, part of your programme with us is to look at where you are now and make the positive changes along side your training programme to achieve the ultimate results, this is obtained on an individual 1-2-1 basis. Not only providing you with a tailored programme we will also give you receipe and meal ideas to add variety to your lifestyle.
  4. Meditation Course
    Mindfulness is the intentional, accepting and non judgemental focus of one’s attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment, which can be trained by meditational practises that are described in detail in the Buddhist tradition.
  5. Reiki Sessons
    Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being
  6. Hypnotherapy
    Induces hypnotic state in client to increase motivation or alter behavior patterns: Consults with client to determine nature of problem. Prepares client to enter hypnotic state by explaining how hypnosis works and what client will experience. Tests subject to determine degree of physical and emotional suggestibility. Induces hypnotic state in client, using individualized methods and techniques of hypnosis based on interpretation of test results and analysis of client's problem. May train client in self-hypnosis conditioning.
  7. Life Coaching
    Life coaching is a widely misunderstood approach. A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives. A Key Aspect of Life Coaching is Confidence.
  8. World Cycle Adventure
    In January 2017 we are starting World Cycle Adventure, For anyone to join. There will be 3 day cycle adventure across England/Europe . 5 day cycle adventure across Europe. 7 day cycle adventure across any country. There will be different packages to choose from. the package will include flights and Accommodation nutrition, and support, and if needed bike hire. Your cycle adventure will be a new beginning of a new you! Seeing the world like this will open your heart body n mind. We will also donate a % of any money to our local too charity.
  9. Sports Massage
    In order to obtain optimal condition and to help you prepare the body for your training, prevent injuries and recover from work outs, we provide you with a qualified masseur who will work with you to help achieve your training goals.
